Seeking an Experienced Front of House Manager

Birdies Links and Drinks is on the lookout for a skilled Front of House Manager to oversee operations at our flagship venue. As a pioneering dining and entertainment establishment, you will play a crucial role in shaping the restaurant's future.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a Front of House Manager in a busy, full-service environment
  • Experience in bar management is advantageous
  • Understanding of cost management, including theoretical costs
  • Proficient in scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and staff training
  • Expertise in restaurant setup and operations
  • Willingness to take full responsibility for front of house activities

Primary Responsibilities:
