About the Role:
SIXT USA is seeking a highly skilled Rental Sales Agent to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth in our Pittsburgh branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare rental agreements and advise customers on vehicle upgrades and optional extras to enhance their experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our customers.
- Meet sales and service standards, consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Complete administrative tasks, including daily lists, to support the branch's operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, using strong verbal and written skills.
- Assist with vehicle returns and turnarounds as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
