Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or the District of Columbia.
- At least one year of specialized nursing experience equivalent to a Nurse I, Level 1.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
