KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee staff performance and overall clinical outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must hold a current RN license in good standing (as mandated by state regulations)
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience required
  • Proven stable work history and commitment to leading a healthcare team
  • Ability to foster positive employee relationships is essential
  • Must adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, as well as current federal, state, and local standards that govern long-term care facilities
