Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team. As a Registered Nurse II, you will play a vital role in providing individualized care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate patient care, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Lead patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate their recovery.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
- Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
- CRRN certification preferred.
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
