Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms: Ensure that all guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Stock and Maintain Cleaning Carts: Responsible for stocking and maintaining cleaning carts with all necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Deliver Linen and Amenities: Ensure that all linen and amenities are delivered to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Respond to Guest Requests: Respond promptly and professionally to all guest requests, including delivering items to guest rooms and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain Hotel Hallways: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel hallways, including emptying trash and recycling bins and restocking amenities.
  • Report Repairs and Maintenance: Report any repairs or maintenance issues to the maintenance team in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including participating in deep cleaning projects and assisting with special events.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least one year of work experience in a related field.
  • Age and Language Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age and able to understand and speak English fluently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, work in confined areas, and maneuver in hotel areas, including up and down stairs and reaching above shoulder level.
  • Customer Service Skills: Good customer service skills and ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
