This is a full-time role dedicated to the efficient and precise management of freight and information within the Ocean Export Division.

  • Facilitate a seamless and timely flow of freight operations
  • Perform accurate and prompt data entry into the operational systems
  • Monitor and report on Ocean Export files through tracking and tracing
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance
  • Identify and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
  • Establish and maintain customers' standard operating procedures
  • Exhibit effective communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Possess strong computer skills; hazardous materials certification is preferred
