Key ResponsibilitiesThe HR Specialist will:
- Serve as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries from Veterinary Teaching Hospital (VTH) staff and faculty supervisors.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Manage performance evaluations and training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Facilitate communication regarding HR updates and deadlines.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least one year of experience in human resources or talent management.
- Proficiency in HR information systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional HR certification.
- Experience in a healthcare or educational environment.
