Position Overview

As a key player in our organization, the Communications Specialist II is responsible for enhancing the flow of information and fostering a culture of engagement among internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

  • Research, develop, and distribute engaging content for internal newsletters and communications through various platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored content that meets the needs of stakeholders.
  • Design and implement content campaigns for the company’s digital presence.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for effective internal communication strategies.
  • Work closely with internal clients to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Analyze communication metrics and prepare reports to refine strategies.
  • Ensure all materials are proofread and meet high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or marketing.
  • Experience in a corporate environment, preferably within the construction or energy sectors.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Commitment to health and safety principles in the workplace.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong creative, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to address business needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and communication platforms is a plus.
