As a Field Services Engineer with Cerca Talent+, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation and training of customers on our diagnostic instruments and reagents. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle on-site installation and training needs of customers
• Act as an advocate for the customer to ensure their satisfaction and maintain maximum uptime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve installation processes
Requirements:
• Minimum of an Associate's Degree from an accredited college
• Minimum of three years of service-related experience with capital medical equipment in a hospital or reference laboratory setting
• Proven track record of success within a diagnostics or life sciences service organization
• Ability to understand and handle complex work instructions
