  • Provide day-to-day leadership to large, multi-disciplined global project teams and manage the actions required to meet project deliverables
  • Accountable for implementing the standard PMO tools, including business case/project approval, work plan, schedule, resource plan, communication plan, change plan, and risk plan
  • Effectively integrate global resources necessary for successful project delivery
  • Accountable for keeping project sponsors and stakeholders aware of project status
  • Manage team risks and issues, assess impact, and develop recommendations for action when escalation or mitigation is needed
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with team members, external vendors, and internal customers
  • Facilitate project postmortems, document findings, and use learnings to improve ongoing processes and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience implementing enterprise-level business and technical solutions and delivering medium to large application development efforts
  • Ability to manage multiple, concurrent project workstreams of varying sizes and complexities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate/persuade using business and/or technical terminology
  • Must have strong Microsoft Project skills
  • Confident, independent, self-motivated team player
  • Proven ability to lead technical and business resources and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Outstanding attention to detail and well-organized
  • Proven knowledge of project management methodology, tools, and processes
