Job Title: Continuous Improvement Project Manager

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute process improvement projects to drive operational excellence and reduce costs
  • Lead and facilitate improvement teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, leadership, and customers
  • Collaborate with quality and operations teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including process maps, control plans, and capability analyses
  • Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
  • Work with CI managers/coordinators from other sites and corporate headquarters to share best practices and drive consistency across the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a process and product improvement focus or operations leadership in a lean production environment
  • Certification in lean manufacturing preferred
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build collaborative relationships
  • Strong analytical, computational, and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
