Job Title: Chief of Staff

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at Maserati of San Diego. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our CEO and driving the execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive decision-making and performance.
  • Lead and manage high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, employees, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Streamline and optimize internal processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Organize and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate and address potential challenges and obstacles, developing solutions and strategies to overcome issues and support the CEO in achieving company objectives.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in senior management, project management, or a similar role, with a proven track record of working closely with executives and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and executing high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute plans that align with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities.
