Job Overview

As a Project Manager at U.S. Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to lead successful mechanical installation projects that make a positive impact on people's lives. You'll be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, from project kickoff to completion, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of safety, schedule, and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review project estimates and initiate all tasks related to project kickoff.
  • Build and maintain relationships with project team members, both internal and external, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
  • Review financial data and present a clear project forecast to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risk factors, ensuring that projects meet safety, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Complete project documentation, utilizing our internal document workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science Management, Architectural Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering preferred. Equivalent combination of mechanical field and leadership experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mechanical construction industry.
  • Prior experience in project management or field leadership is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-management skills.
  • Ability to navigate a construction site.
Benefits and Compensation
  • The salary range for this position is $97,760 to $138,086, and is based on a variety of factors, including internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.
  • Total compensation includes a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance, paid time off, and an industry-leading benefits package, including health, dental, and vision plans, matching retirement contributions, and matching 529 contributions.
