Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of a project from beginning to end, working closely with operations, production, sales, and management. Your expertise will be crucial in managing schedules and crews to complete projects efficiently, while ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
  • Coordinate production crews for emergency responses, responding to and evaluating properties for best stabilization response.
  • Work with operations and sales teams to obtain required documentation, including Work Authorizations and Certificates of Satisfaction, from clients, and satisfy any insurance requirements.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure satisfactory project completion, providing clear direction, anticipating issues, and problem-solving effectively.
  • Ensure internal and external clients are informed of project status throughout production, with detailed information and accurate documentation.
  • Train, motivate, and coach technicians to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Participate in after-hours emergency response rotation, demonstrating a commitment to our clients' needs.
  • Attend company meetings, association events, and marketing opportunities to stay informed and network.
  • Obtain and retain certifications as requested by the company, with enrollment and/or membership fees provided.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support the team and company goals.

Requirements:
  • This is a national position, requiring travel to various locations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess IICRC certifications, including WRT, FSRT, CDS, or ASD, and AMRT, with large loss and CAT deployment experience preferred.
