Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the Operations and Maintenance division
  • Support Project Managers in ensuring employees are trained and able to perform job duties safely
  • Provide regular safety talks and training to all staff
  • Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations, as well as GSA standards
  • Manage and maintain workers' compensation reporting and records
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and the workers' compensation carrier
  • Implement training programs for new hires, equipment certification, and OSHA training
Requirements
  • BCSP CSP, ASP, or SMS certification
  • CPR/First Aid certification (if not currently held, must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
  • Knowledge of operations and maintenance operations
