As a Clinical Supply Chain Specialist, you will be instrumental in the acquisition and evaluation of medical supplies and equipment within the healthcare organization. Leveraging your clinical background as a Registered Nurse (RN) alongside your expertise in procurement and data analysis, you will ensure that the hospital's clinical divisions are equipped with top-tier supplies while enhancing inventory management and cost-effectiveness. Your duties will encompass sourcing products, assessing usage trends, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure/certification is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare environment is required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and patient care protocols is essential.
  • Proven experience in procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management is necessary.
  • Analytical skills with the capability to interpret and analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with healthcare information systems or procurement software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Compensation:

This position offers a competitive pay range of $37.00 to $42.55 per hour, commensurate with education and experience.

Discretionary bonuses, relocation assistance, merit increases, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available based on organizational and individual performance.
