About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering inbound phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services, including our investment offerings, trading platforms, and customer support tools.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
