Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our Food and Nutrition Services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our facilities, ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients and customers
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring high-quality food and presentation
  • Manage the culinary staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure excellence in food service
  • Collaborate with clinical dietitians to ensure optimal patient care and develop wellness initiatives
  • Develop and implement cost-saving measures and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Trinity Health policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited culinary institution program or equivalent degree
  • Minimum of three to five years of progressive experience in culinary or healthcare food service management
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse and collaborative culture
