Key Responsibilities:
This role presents substantial growth opportunities. You will oversee the success of intricate, cross-functional projects and programs within the People Tech domain. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Project Management: Planning, scoping, aligning dependencies, and scheduling.
  • System Design Leadership: Leading discussions on high-level system/solution design for medium to high-complexity systems.
  • Team Coordination: Managing project teams and stakeholder interactions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitoring project progress and outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Budget Management: Overseeing project budgets and resource distribution.
  • Status Communication: Providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identifying and addressing project challenges.
  • Guidance and Influence: Steering program participants towards decision-making and solutions that keep projects on track.
  • Best Practices Development: Establishing and implementing project management methodologies.
