Position Overview:
In the role of Senior Technical Program Manager for Customer Privacy, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing customer trust and ensuring data protection within our organization. This position is integral to the Risk Technology division, focusing on the management of comprehensive technology programs that support customer privacy regulations and the development of innovative solutions for customer trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a detailed technology program strategy aimed at delivering enterprise-level customer data privacy solutions, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Lead interdisciplinary teams to assess and address data privacy risks and requirements, ensuring adherence to relevant legal standards.
  • Work in conjunction with legal and compliance departments to translate data privacy laws into actionable technology requirements.
  • Oversee the design and execution of effective data privacy controls and policies to safeguard customer information and ensure compliance.
  • Manage and prioritize a portfolio of data privacy initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes that align with customer expectations.
  • Conduct regular assessments of program risks to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies to enhance customer data protection.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders, including internal teams, external collaborators, and regulatory authorities, to ensure alignment with data privacy best practices.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define and refine data privacy requirements, ensuring their integration into the product development process.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to facilitate the successful implementation of data privacy solutions, utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Provide mentorship and support to product and engineering teams in the adoption of privacy-centric features, promoting a culture of privacy by design.
  • Act as a liaison between product, engineering, and other cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the collaboration between technology program management and product/engineering teams, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven project management expertise to effectively prioritize and deliver multiple data privacy initiatives, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill commitments and drive the implementation of enterprise customer data privacy solutions.
  • Experience in mentoring cross-functional teams in the deployment of robust data privacy solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, ensuring collaborative and effective data privacy initiatives.
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders, facilitating understanding of data privacy requirements.
  • Experience in leading teams through comprehensive risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to establish clear communication channels across all organizational levels, ensuring transparency in data privacy initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with legal and compliance teams to translate complex data privacy regulations into actionable technology requirements.
