At Entertainment Partners, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Senior Manager to provide strategic HR leadership and support to our various Centers of Excellence.



This role is responsible for driving the implementation of HR programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand the business strategy and develop HR strategies that align with our goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent management, organizational development, and employee relations to senior leadership
  • Drive the implementation of HR programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development
  • Provide coaching and feedback to managers on leadership and employee management best practices
  • Lead workforce planning efforts in partnership with business leaders to ensure we have the right talent in place to meet current and future business needs
  • Identify key talent within the organization and work with leadership to develop retention and development strategies
  • Lead complex employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
  • Partner with leaders to build and sustain a positive organizational culture that drives employee engagement and performance
  • Lead change management initiatives related to organizational restructuring, new business processes, or cultural shifts
  • Leverage HR data to provide insights into workforce trends, employee engagement, and program effectiveness


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with 8+ years of progressive experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or HR leadership role. Proven experience in supporting business transformations, talent management, and employee relations at a strategic level is required.



Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals, are essential. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a strategic mindset, are also required.



The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, and will be commensurate with experience related to the position. Entertainment Partners seeks to employ the most qualified individuals from the available workforce and to provide equal employment opportunity for all persons.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or HR leadership role.
  • Proven experience in supporting business transformations, talent management, and employee relations at a strategic level.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Advanced knowledge of talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner with leaders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and technology platforms.
