About Us

Compensation
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage daily work schedules and production plans to meet operational targets.
2. Set up and operate SMT production equipment, including stencil printers and pick-and-place machines.
3. Lead initiatives aimed at process enhancements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Implement Lean methodologies, focusing on waste reduction and continuous improvement.
5. Ensure a safe working environment by promoting safe practices and addressing hazards.
6. Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to product specifications and quality standards.
7. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including job travelers and production transactions.
8. Program and troubleshoot SMT machinery.
9. Support ongoing improvement efforts and assist in the calibration of inspection equipment.

Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Extensive experience with PCBA production tools.
- Skilled in handling ODB++ files for programming tasks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experienced in using hand tools and maintaining small equipment.
