Process Engineer

At Mack Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing processes
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain process documentation and work instruction packages
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and participate in quality reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in quality, process, and/or supplier engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of surface mount equipment and engineering expertise in circuit card manufacturing
- Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret detailed drawings, schematics, and diagrams
- PMP and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification
- Experience in project management and planning
- Knowledge of ERP systems and basic electro-mechanical tools
