We are seeking an experienced Senior Living Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Overlake Terrace Retirement Community in Redmond, WA.

About the Role

The Senior Living Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our community and attract new residents. This includes working closely with our sales team, community partners, and referral sources to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve community growth and revenue goals
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective sales and marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources
  • Provide oversight and guidance to sales team members
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events to promote the community and attract new residents
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of senior living sales experience, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
  • Engaging personality and a love for seniors
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, public relations, communications, sales, marketing, or related field
