Role Overview:
The Pricing Analyst at AmeriHome Mortgage plays a crucial role within the Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets division, focusing on delivering competitive pricing solutions to our clientele while supporting the Capital Markets Trading Desk. This position involves direct interaction with clients to facilitate post-trade modifications, ensuring the seamless execution of trades. You will be tasked with communicating pricing adjustments and managing exception pricing for the Retail lending sector, as well as updating commitments on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute post-trade modifications, including pricing updates, rolls, pair-offs, extensions, and substitutions.
- Update, validate, and distribute daily Best-Efforts pricing.
- Conduct competitiveness assessments and propose pricing updates to enhance company volume and revenue.
- Provide support to the Trading Desk, including trade setup, confirmations, updates, and management functions.
- Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders, including AmeriHome Retail, client sellers, vendors, broker-dealers, and GSEs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Excel, with the ability to summarize data using formulas, lookups, and Pivot Tables.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with various internal teams and external business partners.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient multitasking abilities and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
- Experience with SQL is advantageous.
The salary range for new hires typically falls between $76,000 and $89,887.50. The specific salary is determined by the job location. Additionally, this role may qualify for annual bonuses or incentives.
