Role Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in the deployment of our innovative inventory management system tailored for healthcare providers across the nation. This automated solution integrates advanced software and hardware designed to streamline inventory processes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all aspects of project execution for designated clients, including planning, budgeting, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Contributing to the financial success of the organization by ensuring that installation projects adhere to established timelines and forecasts.
  • Collaborating with Implementation Managers and the Director of Client Implementations to assess resource requirements and manage allocations effectively.
  • Serving as the main liaison for clients throughout the pre-implementation and implementation stages.
  • Providing regular updates on project status to both internal teams and clients, while addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with Implementation Managers and/or Specialists to identify product requirements for installations and ensuring timely ordering and staging of necessary items.
  • Engaging with third-party vendors for resource management and scheduling as needed.
  • Assisting with additional projects and tasks as directed by the Vice President of Client Operations.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Visio, and other Windows-based applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel extensively as required.
Educational Background and Experience

Applicants should have:

  • A four-year degree in a relevant field.
  • An MBA is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management is preferred.
  • Project Management Certification is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within the healthcare sector.
