Ideal Candidate: We seek a driven, competitive, and diligent individual with a knack for creating opportunities and nurturing relationships. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be instrumental in sourcing senior consultants and contractors to fulfill client requirements across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Innovatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and outreach.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client needs.
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to gather market insights and track progress.
  • Negotiate competitive compensation packages to attract top-tier talent.
  • Work closely with account executives to efficiently meet client staffing demands.
  • Aim to achieve and surpass daily and weekly performance metrics.

Qualifications:
