- Work closely with the Engineering Manager to ensure smooth departmental operations
Ability to work independently for 10-20 hours per week (flexible hours, no set schedule).
A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or equivalent experience in a custom design environment programming PLCs.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments to support corporate objectives.
Proven track record of leading engineering processes from concept to completion, including the design and integration of custom equipment.
Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to cultivate strong professional relationships with vendors and clients across various industries.
Strong time management skills; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
No travel required.
Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical is preferred but not mandatory.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in PLC and HMI programming.
Knowledge of control panel design.
Project management experience is a plus.
