Position Overview
The Senior Custodial Supervisor will oversee all cleaning operations within the designated facility. This role involves ensuring that all custodial tasks are executed efficiently and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage custodial activities, including maintaining an inventory checklist and ensuring quality assurance across the facility.
  • Respond promptly to custodial requests and maintain a proactive approach to cleaning needs.
  • Perform comprehensive cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming various areas.
  • Dust and wipe down furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Empty and clean waste receptacles, including ashtrays and recycling bins.
  • Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies in restroom dispensers.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning chemicals and techniques, adhering to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Assist in setting up facilities for various events, ensuring a clean and organized space.
  • Maintain equipment and supplies in an orderly manner, reporting any malfunctions to management.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications
  • Ability to pass required background checks.
  • Previous experience in custodial services is preferred.
