Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custodial Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our custodial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating cleaning schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to ensure that all areas of the campus are cleaned regularly and efficiently.

  2. Supervise and train a team of custodial staff to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standards.

  3. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  4. Develop and implement procedures to ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored.

  5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to meet the needs of our students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in custodial services or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
