Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Data Acquisition, Automation, Modeling & Simulation portfolio.
  • Align product strategy with business objectives and market needs, ensuring a clear vision and direction for product development and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch support.
  • Monitor product performance and usage metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts in the Data Acquisition, Automation, Modeling & Simulation domain.
  • Experience with digital product development, data analytics, and software engineering processes.
  • Understanding or passion for the chemical industry, including the challenges and opportunities related to Data Acquisition from research and innovation equipment, Automation, Modeling & Simulation domain.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
