Job Title: Lead Associate Marketing Rx (Prescription)

At Disability Solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as Lead Associate Marketing Rx (Prescription) to help develop and execute marketing and product management strategies for assigned in-line generic prescription products, drive business growth, maximize product performance, and achieve revenue, profit and market share goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing strategy, analyze external environment, market trends, and customer behavior to produce forecasts for new and existing products, and provide inputs to Supply Chain for supply planning.
  • Lead product growth program development with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve revenue, profit and market share target for the assigned portfolio.
  • Drive product management for assigned products post launch, track product sales performance, forecast demand, allocate inventory, and ensure adjustment of production and pricing accordingly.
  • Conduct secondary research on products, customers, and competitors, therapeutic risks and opportunities, monitor FDA, industry, product, and competitor development, and generate data-based reports for decisions on product management and new product selection.
  • Review product pricing vs. market pricing and recent price changes for assigned products.
  • Adjust product prices as required and work with various groups to review and agree on new prices to ensure viable and profitable pricing of assigned Rx products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 4+ years of pharmaceutical experience in product management and business analytics.
  • Understanding of generic pharmaceutical market dynamics, contracts, customers, and pricing.
  • Good computer (MS Office Suite), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Decision-making and negotiation skills.
