Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Manager, Onsite Operations to join our team at Stryker Corporation. This role will be responsible for executing and managing activities within a region to meet growth, operational profitability, and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute initiatives supporting operational growth, employee development, and overall performance delivery of Stryker OnSite Services within a region.
  • Oversee and lead interactions with surgeons, patients, OR personnel, Central Processing, Sales Reps, O.R. Managements, and Hospital Administration, as well as Stryker employees and partners.
  • Develop and submit required reports and updates to OnSite Regional Supervisors and business leaders specific to regional performance/activity.
  • Responsible for execution against regional financial objectives, growth, costs, and overall P&L.
  • Serve as a liaison with Sales to highlight and promote ProCare product offerings.
  • Ensure all OnSite commitments are met within their region on a daily basis.
  • Ensure all OnSite Specialists in their region are properly trained.
  • Responsible for the quality of service provided to customers throughout region.
  • Adhere to all Stryker policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the development and engagement of Regional Supervisors and Regional OnSite Specialists, with additional oversight of Team Leads and OnSite Specialists in the region.
  • Responsible for regional strategy development and takes ownership for execution of objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of work experience required.
  • OnSite Operations background or operating room, surgical procedure and techniques preferred.

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment and critical thinking effectively.
  • Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies.
  • Must be able to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures.
  • Demonstrates professional work ethic and attitude at all times.
  • Must be able to effectively use computer programs.
  • Must be able to generate and explain detailed forecasts, guidelines and procedures.
  • Maintain professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude required by Stryker and the medical facility.
  • Adhere to (HIPAA) and other related patient confidentiality policies and procedures.
Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Ability to exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs of force to constantly move objects.
  • Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
  • Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies.
