Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee activities within the asset management and facilities maintenance sectors, ensuring all building and infrastructure maintenance is conducted effectively.
  • Facilitate collaboration between the facilities management team and other departments, including planning, project management, real estate, and engineering.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate team members while holding them accountable for their deliverables.
  • Oversee site maintenance projects, including scope development and adherence to budget and schedule constraints.
  • Develop and implement asset management and reliability plans to meet maintenance objectives.
  • Minimize risks and downtime associated with assets and equipment, ensuring minimal disruption to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, peers, business partners, employees, and suppliers.
  • Participate in equipment make/buy decisions and source selection processes.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Provide off-shift support as business needs arise.
  • Drive first-time quality in all maintenance work.

This position is expected to be fully onsite. Frequent domestic travel may be required based on business demands.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in data collection, organization, synthesis, and analysis, including summarizing findings and developing conclusions.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and risk identification.
  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or Integrated Facilities Management (IFM).
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and using standard project management tools.
