Job Description

MileOne Autogroup, a leading automotive group, is seeking an experienced Maryland State Inspector (MSI) to join our team at Heritage Catonsville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough vehicle inspections and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify any defects or issues
  • Ensure all inspections are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide detailed inspection reports and recommendations
  • Collaborate with our service team to ensure seamless vehicle repairs and maintenance
Requirements:
  • MSI certification required
  • 2 years of automotive experience in a dealership or independent shop; 4 or more years of experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years
