Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team at Obstetrics, Gynecology & Infertility. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth registration and check-in process.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and register patients, collecting necessary information and verifying insurance details
- Accurately schedule new and existing patients in our practice management system
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure timely and efficient care
- Manage patient charts and maintain accurate records
- Answer patient calls, schedule appointments, and direct calls as needed
- Stay up-to-date on healthcare plan requirements and network information
- High School diploma or equivalent required; medical terminology knowledge a plus
- Customer service experience essential; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
