About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Associate to join our team at Perspire Sauna Studio of Lakeview. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting the benefits of our IR Saunas and Perspire Sauna Studio Membership to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
  • Reach out to leads using our CRM with high-energy and enthusiasm
  • Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
  • Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
  • Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
  • Administer studio tours for new guests
  • Answer all questions about services and the facility
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility, including individual sauna rooms and the towel supply area
Requirements
  • A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
  • A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
  • A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
  • Evening and weekend availability
