Job Overview

CIDER HAUS LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our culinary team and create exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to our kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes and exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and management of ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards for quality, presentation, and taste.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage our culinary team to achieve our business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef or cook in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Certifications: ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification, and a degree from a culinary school is preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
