Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Support Specialist to join our team at RCS Behavioral & Educational Consulting.

This role involves delivering 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism and their families in their homes. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior programs, conduct data collection and graphing, and work collaboratively with other specialty providers and families.

  • Ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA services to children diagnosed with Autism in their homes.
  • Implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior programs.
  • Collect and graph data to track progress.
  • Collaborate with other providers and families to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Must be willing to use restraint and hold techniques learned via SOLVE training.
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds and address basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing.
  • Must be able to work on a computer or sit on the floor for extended periods.
