Therapy Program Manager

Healthpro Heritage, LLC is seeking a skilled Director of Rehabilitation / Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our exceptional therapy team at Carlyle House in Framingham, CT.
Job Summary:
- Maintain a clinical caseload and ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy services to patients
- Recruit, retain, and develop rehab service personnel to achieve optimal team performance
- Promote positive employee relations by fostering an open communication atmosphere and addressing staff concerns
- Conduct performance appraisals and monitor personnel compliance with standards, regulations, and company policies
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibilities include maintaining a clinical caseload and ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services to patients, as well as recruiting, retaining, and developing rehab service personnel
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, knowledge of state and federal legislation, and experience in managing multi-site rehabilitation programs
- A strong understanding of interdisciplinary management principles and accreditation standards is essential for success in this role
- This position requires a dynamic leader who can motivate staff, manage competing priorities, and drive business results while upholding the highest standards of patient care and corporate values
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech and Language Pathology; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
- Current license in the assigned state(s)
- Minimum 3 years of rehabilitation experience with proven leadership and program development skills
- RAC-CT certification or other advanced certification desired
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $46-$56 per hour, dependent on experience and clinical interview. The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around $96,000 - $116,000. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a retirement plan.
