Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and code invoices with high accuracy

  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Manage petty cash and related documentation
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Sharp attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple company accounts with accuracy
  • Self-motivation and team collaboration skills
