Patient Registration Team Lead

Position Information:
The Team Leader ED Patient Registration Rep will be responsible for registering patients for their care in a fast-paced emergency department environment. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure delivery of high-quality customer service to patients presenting with medical emergencies, including cardiac complaints, stroke symptoms, traumas, and other emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately perform administrative duties required for patient registration
- Have significant working knowledge of insurance and associated standard work processes
- Serve as a mentor for registration representative peers and assist with training new employees
- Work closely with clinical staff to help patients receive care as efficiently as possible
Requirements:
- 2 Years Healthcare Registration Experience Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Not Applicable for Licensure/Certification
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm, with occasional weekend and call requirements.
