About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned technical leader to join our team. As a Software Engineering Manager, you'll be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of engineers. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the development of our platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers.



Key Responsibilities


  • Lead a team of engineers in the development of our access management platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure technical excellence
  • Partner with product management to create focused, meaningful priorities that align with the company's goals
  • Develop and execute technical strategies to drive innovation and growth
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers reliable, secure, and scalable products that meet customer needs


Requirements


  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles, with a strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Expertise in systems design and architecture, with the ability to reason about trade-offs and make informed technical decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in software development, with a strong understanding of software development metrics and the ability to leverage that information to drive team execution
  • Ability to empathize with developers and stay in touch with the health of the codebase
