Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Behavioral Support Team Member to join our team at Wissahickon Charter School. As a key member of our support team, you will work closely with students, teachers, and staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans to support students in achieving their academic and personal goals.
  • Provide one-on-one instruction and interventions to students in need of additional support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with challenging behaviors.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in behavioral support.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or 48 college credits in an education-related field.
  • Experience working with students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral support strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
