- Documentation: Timely completion of all required documentation, including progress notes and incident reports, to facilitate effective service delivery and billing.
- Planning: Develop and implement interventions that promote the social, emotional, and educational growth of the child, in alignment with their Treatment Plan.
- Monitoring: Provide oversight and guidance to assigned children, ensuring their needs are met and adjustments to the Treatment Plan are communicated to the clinician.
- Direct Service: Deliver direct behavioral health interventions, fostering an environment conducive to positive development and social integration.
- Networking: Represent the organization at relevant meetings and training sessions, contributing to a collaborative service delivery model.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze situations, gather data, and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in documentation and use of technology relevant to behavioral health.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), or similar credentials.
- Experience in providing behavioral health services, particularly with children and adolescents.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and mobility.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
