Executive Assistant Opportunity at Builders Capital

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Chief Sales Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office, allowing executives to focus on strategic activities.

At Builders Capital, we offer innovative financing solutions to a wide range of developers and homebuilders. Our loan products include options for Acquisition, Development, Construction, and Bridge financing, as well as national accounts for material purchase discounts and access to cutting-edge technology for project management, accounting, and BIM tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for multiple Executive members.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Process and reconcile expense reports promptly.
  • Assist with various projects as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Attend meetings, document action items, and follow up until all tasks are completed.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of supporting Senior leadership.
  • 5+ years of calendar management experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & MS Teams.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
