About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at H&M Hennes & Mauritz Gruppe. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering personalized recommendations to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, including fashion trends, styles, and features, to effectively communicate with customers and make informed sales recommendations.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including folding, hanging, and merchandising garments, to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, including working varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and meeting sales targets.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and features, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, including working varied shifts and meeting sales targets.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions, including bending, stretching, and pushing/pulling items.
