About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Actively greet and engage with customers to provide the best possible shopping experience.
  • Store Maintenance: Support in maintaining a neat and tidy sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M guidelines.
  • Merchandise Management: Unload delivery trucks, receive, open, and unpack merchandise, and label merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals.
  • Point of Sale: Process transactions, issue receipts, and fold and place merchandise in bags following register best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Share knowledge and skills with colleagues, offering help where needed to build a positive working environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find their style.
  • Multi-Tasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: Inclusive, positive, creative, and willing to learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds, stand for long periods, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull, and carry items.
