Job Title: Guest Service Representative

At Sacred Rock Inn, we are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize revenue for the hotel by implementing demand-based selling strategies
  • Process room reservations, check-in and check-out guests, and maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts
  • Assist guests with area information, restaurant reservations, and special requests
  • Follow established front desk policies and procedures
  • Exhibit a friendly and courteous attitude to co-workers, guests, and vendors at all times
Requirements:
  • High school level education; six months to one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to work with computer software, including Epitome and Microsoft Office programs
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
  • A gas benefit per shift for qualifying employees
